Wonder Woman can beat breast cancer

The Mozambican Associação da Luta Contra o Cancer (ALCC) enlists female superheroes to raise awareness around breast cancer. If you can’t read the small print copy: “Nobody’s immune to breast cancer. When we talk about breast cancer, there’s no women or superwomen. Everybody has to do the self-examination monthly. Fight with us against the enemy and, when in doubt, talk with your doctor.” The local Maputo branch of a multinational ad agency designed the campaign. Here’s a few:

  1. I believe Wonder Woman can beat Breast Cancer! She once kicked my butt when I played Supergirl in a TV Pilot. I just wanted to share real quick: Earlier this year, a big breasted lady appeared in one of my dreams, and told me to get immediately checked. And sure enough, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer (hereditary); began growing around age 31. I think this ad is very catchy… I totally love it. And I’m sure guys wouldn’t mind it either! So many of us are such huge fans of comics. But, where’s the male Superhero? Men can get it, too (My dad just went for tests). You think Batman would be up for the job? They are pretty big shoes to fill!!!!
