A bit of trivia, Ellis Park stadium is actually a short walk from where Mohandas (Mahatma) Gandhi lived when he lived in Johannesburg. The actual gold bearing reef runs just south of Ellis Park.

I certainly enjoyed the documentary and felt the maker did do an excellent job on conveying the feel of the streets.

Full disclosure, I have actually lived and worked very close to Ellis Park (25 years ago).
